Terms of Service and Refund Policy

1. Who we are

ReelVista is a service operated by Ramos Consulting AS (org. no. 935625017), a company registered in Norway. In these terms, "we", "us" and "ReelVista" mean this company. You can reach us at support@reelvistavideos.com.

2. The service

ReelVista turns property photos you provide into AI-generated marketing videos and virtually staged images. The output is generated by artificial intelligence for marketing and illustrative purposes. It may not accurately represent the real property, its dimensions, or its condition, and it can contain visual inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing every result and for complying with the real-estate advertising, disclosure, and consumer rules that apply where you operate.

3. Your account

You need an account to use paid features. Keep your login details secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Credits and payment

Paid features run on prepaid credits. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Credits are consumed each time you generate a video or a staged image. Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms. Credits have no cash value except as described in the refund policy below.

5. Refund policy

• Unused credits. You may request a refund of credits you have not yet used within 14 days of purchase. We refund to your original payment method.
• Used credits. Once credits are used to generate content, that part of the service has been delivered and is non-refundable.
• Technical problems. If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. If something still looks wrong, contact us and we will make it right.
• How to request. Email support@reelvistavideos.com from the address on your account.

6. Acceptable use

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photo you upload. Do not use ReelVista to create misleading, unlawful, or infringing content, or to misrepresent a property. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Your content and the results

You keep the rights to the photos you upload. Once a purchase is paid, you may use the videos and images ReelVista produces for you, including commercially, to market the property in question.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". AI output varies in quality and may contain errors. We do not guarantee that a result will be fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we will update the date above. Continuing to use ReelVista after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and disputes will be handled by the Norwegian courts, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
